Alumni and friends are invited to a reception with UCR Chancellor Kim A. Wilcox. Hear from Professor of Education Celeste Pilegard who is an expert on learning through educational games, spatial skills, metacomprehension, gesture and multimedia tools. The event will be held at the exclusive and iconic Sherwood Country Club which was the home to Greg Norman’s Shark Shootout and Tiger Woods’ World Challenge golf tournaments. Light refreshments will be provided. Sherwood Country Club dress code requires conservative clothing in good taste. The following attire is prohibited in the Golf and Tennis Clubhouses at all times: halter-styles, tank tops, shorts, midriffs, sweat suits and hats for Gentlemen. Denim of all varieties, is prohibited in the Golf Clubhouse.
